GANGS OF ROSES FANATICSSS.... PART TWO OF THE MOVIE COMES OUT ON THE 14TH OF FEBRUARY.. AND A NEW ADDITION TO THE CAST IS NONE OTHER THAN WIZ KHALIFA(uhhuuhhh u know what is)!!! Yes Yes.. and here is the exciting part.. Wiz Khalifa gets to have a face off with his current boo Amber Rose. Continue to see trailers of each character in the movie.
For those who do not remember, Gangs and Roses, directed by Jean-Claude La Marre, released in 2003 starred Stacy Dash, Lisa Raye, Lil Kim, Monica Calhoun and Marie Matiko and was a failed western version of 'Set It OFF' without the robbery in my opinion. Basically to cut it short, all the girls mentioned were in a female gang together. Calhoun's character reforms and become a religious person trying to leave her bad ways behind. until one of the member in the gang who loves women rapes and kills Colhoun's sister. Colhoun wants revenge so she rounds up her old gang members to help her whilst a black haired woman played by Macy Gray is also seeking revenge on them. Yeah I know.. Story line sounds promising but the movie was a TOTAL FAILURE.
However, it looks like Jean-Claude La Marre is trying to redeem himself and has recruited a lot of big names such as Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose, Cassie, Teyana Taylor, Claudia Jordan, Eurika Pratts and rapper Charli Baltimore to star in Gang of Roses 2. The film is basically about four women who are heading to commit a robbery after one of their member is killed however they are been followed by someone played by Gabriel Casseus who is preparing to ambush them before the strike.
I hope the part 2 works because even though recruiting all these big names will give the film a much needed publicity, terrible acting will lead to a total failure(which looks like it will be). Enough of me yabbering on. watch the trailers.
WILL IT BE ANOTHER FAILURE OR HAS THE DIRECTOR GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME?!!
